Can I reset my computer?
Regardless if your computer is using Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS (or OSX), you want to install a clean installation of your operating system. You will need to have the restore media to do a clean installation.

Some folk will say thats simple, do x and y things, browse the internet for answers but the reality is you may need physical installation media for various reasons.

You want to reset your computer without internet connectivity or have a slow internet connection.

The internal computer storage has failed and needs replacing, you have lost any option to restore the factory operating system your computer came with (along with your stored information).

You want a older operating system for your working but aged computer, you already have rights to use a version of operating system and upgrading to the latest system is not your current mindset or cannot upgrade due to system compatibility.

We supply installation media.
We courier your installation media to your address do so you may re-install your operating system.

You tell us what operating system you need, we create the installation media to DVD or USB media and you may use it how you see fit.

We charge a small upfront fee for the installation media, courier cost and our time.

Technical note
We are not in the business of software piracy, you must have rights from the software provider to use any operating system, this will be in the form of a license label on the computer, the computer hardware itself or a digital online license activation.

Even open source "freedom" software has a license you agree to by using the software, where there has not been a cost to you does not mean you are entitled to use any software by default and by using any installation media does not change or add any software entitlement rights.
